Dyanne Belle is a New York-based jewelry company that is owned and operated by Deb Schecter.  As the founder of Dyanne Belle, Deb carries on a proud family tradition of designing stylish, yet classic, jewelry. She was greatly influenced by the watches her grandfather’s company produced in the mid-20th century, and was further inspired by the glamorous way in which her Aunt Dyanne and Grandmother Belle presented themselves. Furthermore, both women strongly believed that one must create their own opportunities in life, and Dyanne Belle was formed to honor that legacy. 

Deb has been designing Dyanne Belle jewelry for select clientele and New York City shops and boutiques for more than a decade.  Each piece is singularly crafted to enhance a woman’s inherent beauty. For example, necklaces are made to drape around the hollow of the neck or the edge of the collar bone, accentuating the more subtle and intriguing features of the female form, while earrings sparkle to highlight the radiance of a woman’s complexion. Above all, Deb strives to design items that are both feminine and versatile.  Her pieces are made to move seamlessly between casual and elegant settings by marrying modern fashion trends with the timelessness of styles from the past.  The result is jewelry that is wearable at any time of day, and at any stage of life.

Deb often draws from, and is inspired by, the beauty of natural elements, such as leaves and branches, the ocean and celestial bodies.  She has also been greatly influenced by the architecture and culture of New Orleans, where she spent her college years.  The Fleur de Lis, a quintessential symbol of the Crescent City, is not only common throughout her work, but has also been adopted as the Dyanne Belle logo.

All Dyanne Belle jewelry is handcrafted from Deb’s original designs using only genuine precious and semiprecious stones, such as diamonds, sapphires, rubies, citrine and Peruvian Opal.  To highlight the stones’ natural qualities, the only metals used in Dyanne Belle jewelry are gold, platinum and silver.  Because of the unique properties of all precious and semiprecious metals and gems, no two pieces of Dyanne Belle jewelry are exactly alike.
